Ladus AI

An AI development studio

Better website inquiries. Even after hours.

We add guided intake to the website you already have. It collects the details your team needs, uses your staffed hours to explain what happens next, and routes each request to the right inbox.

Ladus AI Development is a software studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. We build products that run themselves, and we run our own: DiscoverMarco.com and ChangeMyName.ai are live today.

A clearer handoff

Your visitor knows what happens next.
Your team has the details.

Chat-style guided intake captures the name, contact details and request, then routes it by request type. It collects and routes requests to people; it does not generate answers on your behalf.

Illustrative example. Fictional cleaning business, staffed Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. Example wording, not a live demonstration or a client record.

After providing their request and contact details

Your request has been recorded. Our staffed hours resume Monday at 9 a.m. Eastern. A person will review your request.

An expectation based on your hours, without promising an immediate reply.

A weekly clean for a two-bedroom apartment.

The details are ready for a person to review and answer.

A recorded copy in your spreadsheet. The row is saved before the email is sent. Once saved, a notification failure does not erase that record.

Built to hand over

What you keep
after delivery.

The intake runs in your own Google Workspace. Google receives the message under your Workspace agreement. No chat vendor is added to the path, and no copy is routed to Ladus.

Your accounts

The script is deployed under your account. It writes to your spreadsheet and sends notifications from your domain.

Your deployment

You own your data, deployment and configuration. You receive a perpetual license to run it on the site it was built for; Ladus keeps the underlying software.

Your handover

A written administrator runbook and rollback procedure explain how to operate, change and turn it off, for somebody who is not an engineer.

Included in the build

  • Guided intake on your existing website. No rebuild or replatform.
  • Your deployment, configuration, runbook and rollback procedure.
  • Fourteen days of corrections after launch at no charge.

Quoted separately

  • Ongoing monitoring, hosting or support.
  • Reservation, booking or scheduling integrations.
  • Anything added to the scope after delivery.

An honest limit

  • It confirms what was received and when your staffed hours resume, but it does not compose answers. Any answer comes from a person on your team.
  • It captures and routes an enquiry. It does not qualify, quote, or commit you to anything.
  • Requests that do not fit the usual categories reach a person too. That is deliberate, not a gap.

Website intake assistant: from $4,500. No added per-seat or per-conversation fees for the intake software. Your existing website and Google Workspace costs continue.

Before you buy

Is this a fit?

You will need:

  • A Google Workspace account you control.
  • A website that can accept a code snippet.
  • Somebody responsible for acting on the requests.

A straightforward start

From your email
to delivery.

  1. Describe the problem

Email us a description. A paragraph is enough to start.

  2. Questions by email

We ask what we need to know. No call unless you want one.

  3. A written scope

You get a fixed price naming what is included and what is not.

  4. We build it

If you accept, work begins. The price changes only if you change the scope in writing.

  5. Pay on delivery

No hourly billing, retainer, monthly minimum or subscription to Ladus.

Beyond website intake

Two other things
we build.

Software a small business needs and cannot buy off the shelf.

03 / Internal tools

A small internal tool

Fixed fee, quoted per project

The task your staff repeats by hand: a one-screen console replacing an emailed spreadsheet, a scheduled report, or a timed job that tells somebody when it fails.

Documented so somebody else can run it, change its schedule and switch it off. Ongoing operation and monitoring are quoted separately.

Its limit: anything that has to be up at 3 a.m. is outside this offer. We do not run an on-call rotation.

Start a project

And one thing we will do for nothing: if a tool you already pay for solves the problem, we will tell you and build nothing.

Straight to engineering

Tell us the situation.

Send your website, what people ask most often, and who answers today. If your problem is something else, describe it in a paragraph. We can say whether we can help, roughly what it would take and cost, or whether you do not need us.

Every email is read by someone who builds. It costs nothing to ask, and there is no sales process to get caught in.
